Your visit with us begins with you being greeted by our client care team. All of our team members are Fear Free™ Certified. Your cat or dog companion will be greeted with gentle handling, calming techniques, and plenty of kindness to help them immediately feel safe and at ease.
Within minutes, you and your pet(s) will be guided to one of our exam rooms, where Dr. Krueger and a team member will join you to examine your pet. At Hosanna, we are committed to providing a detailed and gentle examination, taking the time to listen to your concerns and truly understand your pet’s whole story and needs. Dr. Krueger takes the time to make every exam a conversation, listening, explaining, and working together to keep your pet healthy.
